IWC Spitfire World Time Zone watch "The Longest Flight" Limited Edition watch combines the world time zone patented mechanical device with the replica IWC self-winding self-winding movement for the first time, limited to 250 pieces. Stainless steel case, black dial, rhodium-plated hands, green fabric strap.
This special edition watch was specially created for the "Silver Spitfire–The Longest Flight" project to help pilots Steve Boultbee Brooks and Matt Jones drive the Spitfire Spitfire's global flight. Simply rotate the bezel to change the time zone of the watch. The hour hand, 24-hour display and date are automatically rotated at the same time.
The 24-hour display is designed as a rotating disc, located below the dial, which means the dial is closer to the crystal and is easier to read. The newly developed IWC Model 82760 self-contained movement is equipped with a Pellaton self-winding system with scratch-resistant ceramic components for 60 hours of power storage.
