The design of the IWC Pilot's Watch Chronograph TOP GUN Edition “Woodland” IW389106 was inspired by the pilot uniforms of the Naval Air Force. Its ceramic case and dial feature the new colour "IWC Woodland", while the numerals and hour markers are printed in a lighter shade of green.

The crown, chronograph pushers and case back are made of dark black Ceratanium® porcelain titanium, developed by IWC in-house, combining the lightness and structural integrity of titanium with the hardness similar to ceramic and scratch resistance.
